Hi, this is conservative candor and I'm Dr. Carl Mumpower...
Thank goodness Federal Judge Barbara Crabb is on the job. Her ruling that the National Day of Prayer was unconstitutional has helped avert another assault on America by those terrorist subversives - otherwise known as the prayerful. Crabb ruled that prayer day violates the 1st Amendment - "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." With requested patience with the ignorance of those of us who do pray, National Prayer Day has nothing to do with Congress or establishing a religion. The idea came from the very people who wrote the 1st Amendment and made the prayer day appeal to President George Washington. Still, recognizing the sinister impact of prayer, we should be grateful for this crabby opinion. It's OK for Obama to proclaim Earth Day for those who worship nature and to hold a White House Islamic Prayer day for those who worship Islam. It's not OK to pray in our schools or come together for prayer as a nation. We prayers aren't smart enough to understand this inconsistency - we're confident God does....
I'm Dr. Carl Mumpower and you just spent a minute with a candid conservative...
