California Debt Rush (5-18-10)

California - long known as the 'Golden State' - our left coast neighbors got their jump start with the 1848 California gold rush. They've been on the cutting edge of progress ever since - to a point it's been long said that as California goes, so goes the nation. Let's hope not, because the harmful potentials of today's California debt rush dwarfs the Euro-crisis in Greece. Under the leadership of Super-RINO Arnold Schwarzenegger and Democrat Super-Liberals - things are so bad that IOU's are being issued for tax refunds. California is the world's 8^th largest economy, but it has a credit rating lower than Kazakstan. Though it's barely a whisper in the wind - California is heralding the demise of liberal bias toward unions, special interests, and those wishing to live off the labor of others. High taxation; government entitlements promising something for nothing; failure to enforce immigration law; borrow and spend policies; and stifling state bureaucracies are killing the bear that laid the golden eff. We can only hope that bear doesn't fall on the rest of us on the way down...

Hi - this is Dr. Carl with today's candid conservative minute...

Though the conservative movement is blessed with some brilliant voices, it might be time for a drug screen on the studio water coolers. Some of the sharpest minds in the business are increasingly demonstrating behaviors typical to histrionic psychiatric patients. Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and Ann Coutler can blow away the left with their wit and wisdom. More and more they seem to be trying to blow up their polls. Who the heck cares whose number 1? What conservatives care about is cognitively correct perspectives on social, governmental, religious, and other matters that bring us closer to truth. Slapstick comedy, head banger music, and juvenile presentations distract from and damage the essence of the discussion. Leave the polls, slapstick, and hysterics to the guys who are best at it - the leftheaded talking heads. Our important conservative voices need to get back on track with their compelling dedication to reality, reason, responsibility, and right. As has been proven, the polls will then take care of themselves...
