Hi, this is conservative candor and I'm Dr. Carl Mumpower...
Though Republicans are preening over November potentials, the victory party plans may be premature. Political optimism resting on a foundation of voter pessimism is not cause for celebration. Election by rejection is like building a house on sand - you might move in, but your quality of life will be short lived. Voter decisions against Obama and his progressive socialist policies do not translate into enthusiasm for Republicans. To the contrary, Americans are tired of voting beneath their dignity for a party reliably standing for power and special interests and little else. Voting for the lesser of evils still feels like evil. Our country was not built on that sort of compromise - it was built on bright and shining principles. Changing Republican reliance on election by rejection of the other party requires a return to traditional conservative values - care with other people's money, reality based policies, and responsible smaller government. Standing on a drowning jackass is a foolish way to save the elephant - or America...
I'm Dr. Carl Mumpower and you just spent a minute with a candid conservative...
