Hi, this is conservative candor and I'm Dr. Carl Mumpower...

One of the fascinating confusions of liberal socialists is their failure to walk what they talk. Though progressives like George Soros, Al Gore, the Clintons, and most Hollywood actors persistently berate capitalism, in truth they are with rare exception, masters of the art. Their millions and billions come from hard work in a system that supports their enterprise and right to be rewarded for their own labors. That's capitalism at its best. Paradoxically, these folks are trying to destroy the system that made them what they are. Al Gore couldn't fly fancy airplanes to lectures on climate control if he weren't a capitalist. George Soros would not have been able to fund Obama's Presidential election without raising that money through capitalistic enterprise. The next time you hear a BMW owning big government progressive complaining about the ravages of capitalism; ask them how they got that BMW and if you can have it. The money may have come from mama's trust fund, but for most, it came from the good old American way - putting a hand, mind, heart, and sprit to something and earning the reward - and that's the capitalistic truth...

Hi - this is Dr. Carl with today's candid conservative minute...

Though the conservative movement is blessed with some brilliant voices, it might be time for a drug screen on the studio water coolers. Some of the sharpest minds in the business are increasingly demonstrating behaviors typical to histrionic psychiatric patients. Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and Ann Coutler can blow away the left with their wit and wisdom. More and more they seem to be trying to blow up their polls. Who the heck cares whose number 1? What conservatives care about is cognitively correct perspectives on social, governmental, religious, and other matters that bring us closer to truth. Slapstick comedy, head banger music, and juvenile presentations distract from and damage the essence of the discussion. Leave the polls, slapstick, and hysterics to the guys who are best at it - the leftheaded talking heads. Our important conservative voices need to get back on track with their compelling dedication to reality, reason, responsibility, and right. As has been proven, the polls will then take care of themselves...
