Hi, this is Dr. Carl with today's conservative minute...

Though the victors have yet to schedule a party, America's welfare state proponents have won. Both Democrats and Republicans are now touting their own versions of socialism for America - both thus betraying America's hopeful heritage of liberty, opportunity and responsibility. Democrat leaders prefer the words 'yes' and 'more'. When your power platform is founded on chumming people, it pays to use good bait. Though Republicans wear red lipstick instead of blue, they continue to behave like mini-me Democrats. Old salt sailors will tell you if you sleep with prostitutes, the color of their lipstick is of minor concern. The pending celebration will be short lived - you can't successfully swim against the tide of reality. Anyone looking at the mismatch between America's debt, entitlement promises, and productivity potential knows that a culture crash is just over the horizon. Democrats and their pet elephants will continue to promise more for less. Smart conservatives will recognized and resist the cheap libstick of these seductive professionals...

YWCA and Other Illegal Immigration Enablers (9-9-10)

Hi - this is Dr. Carl with today's candid conservative minute...

Since the seventies, your neighborhood YWCA has made social activism a top priority. What was once a Young Women's Christian Association is now more like a Young Women's Liberal Association. Heck, we couldn't even find the word "Christian" anywhere on their web site. Recent activities include hosting a Webinar on Immigration Reform. Sounds innocent until you get to know their partner, The National Immigration Forum. Their mission is amnesty for the 15 plus million illegals in America. Like a host of non-profits, churches, and political enablers going back at least to Ronald Reagan, these folks support amnesty behind a hollow promise of stronger enforcement. That scam has failed for 25 years. When we prove we're serious about enforcement, then we can talk reform. Until then, the YWCA and enablers are using their non-profit credentials to conceal social engineering with a liberal bias. If you're a conservative with a checkbook, you might want to take a closer look at what your charitable donations are funding...
