It’s hard to believe a year’s passed since Osama Bin Laden’s spirit left the planet. Anniversary thanks is due Seal Team Six and everyone else with a hand in OBL’s departure. Everyone that is except our President. His latest effort to prop reelection potentials was distasteful. Claiming a big chunk of the credit is more about arrogance than accuracy. Contrary to a liberally biased media that has worked hard to portray Obama’s strong hand at the helm, in truth he was just an arm-chair quarterback. Images of Presidential anguish in the face of a difficult decision are dishonest. The only choice was between using intelligence resources or the military to get this guy and that wasn’t much of a choice. The how was up to the doers. It comes down to this – once we knew where Bin Laden was, there was never an option of walking away. Obama does not deserve accolades for doing the only thing he, or any other President could have done.
